These terms govern your use of katherineo-rn.com, the website of Katherine O Aesthetics. By using the site you accept them. If these terms do not work for you, please browse elsewhere.

Katherine O Aesthetics is a medspa located at 4106 San Fernando Rd, Ste G, Glendale, CA 91204. You can reach the studio at (818) 940-5211 or katherineo.rn.inc@gmail.com.

Everything on this site describes treatments in general terms, for information only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a recommendation for your situation. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is decided at a consultation with a licensed provider, after reviewing your health history.

Reading this site does not create a provider-patient relationship. For questions about a medical condition, talk to your physician. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Appointments

Booking runs through Moxie, a third-party scheduling service with its own terms. Specific appointment policies, including rescheduling, are shared with you when you book.

Pricing and financing

Published prices reflect the current menu and may change. The price confirmed at your consultation is the one that applies to your treatment plan. Financing offered through Affirm is provided by Affirm under its own terms, subject to its eligibility checks; the studio does not make lending decisions.

Photos and content

The text, photography, logo, and before/after images on this site belong to Katherine O Aesthetics. Patient photos appear with consent. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse any of it without written permission.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a visitor, not as a target. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, misrepresent your identity through it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party links

The site links to services we do not control, including Moxie, Affirm, Liquivida, Google Maps, and social platforms. Their content and their policies are their own, so visiting them is at your discretion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katherine O Aesthetics is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that California law does not allow to be limited.

These terms can be revised as the practice evolves. The date above always shows the newest version, so if you visit after a revision posts, the revised terms are the ones that apply.
