This page explains what information katherineo-rn.com handles, why it is handled, and the choices you have about it. What you give us directly
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number, the service you are curious about, and a message. The subscribe form asks only for an email address. Both exist so the studio can write back or send the updates you requested; neither feeds a marketing database beyond that.
One request: please keep medical details out of the forms. Health history belongs in your consultation, where it is discussed privately under the rules that govern medical care, not through a website inbox.
What arrives on its own
Like nearly every website, this one runs on servers that keep routine logs: the IP address a request came from, the browser it used, the pages it asked for. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so those logs sit with Cloudflare under its retention practices. We add no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts on top.
The fonts you see are bundled with the site itself, so no font service learns that you visited.
Cookies
The pages we build set no tracking cookies. Content embedded from other companies can set its own: the Google map on the homepage comes from Google, and the reviews widget comes from Elfsight. Each of those companies handles whatever its embed collects under its own privacy policy.
Browsers offer settings that limit or erase cookies, along with a Do Not Track signal. Because we run no tracking of our own, there is nothing here for that signal to switch off; embedded content from other companies may respond to it differently.
Services that help run things
A small set of outside companies does specific jobs for the site:
- Formspree receives what you submit through the contact or subscribe forms, then passes it to the studio.
- Moxie runs the booking flow; scheduling happens on its platform under its own policy.
- Google supplies the embedded map.
- Elfsight supplies the Google reviews widget on the homepage.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, keeping the server logs described above.
- Affirm handles financing on its own site when you choose to pre-qualify.
Each receives only what its job requires, governed by its own published policy.
How your information is used
To answer the message you sent, to schedule or follow up on appointments, to send updates you asked for, to keep the site running safely, and to meet legal obligations when the law leaves no choice. That is the whole list.
What we never do
Your personal information is not sold, not rented, not traded. There are no advertising partners waiting behind the scenes, no lookalike audiences, no data brokers.
When information can leave our hands
Three situations move your information beyond the studio: the service companies listed above doing their jobs, a legal demand such as a subpoena or court order that must be honored, or a future sale or reorganization of the business in which records transfer to the successor. In that last case the successor inherits this policy's promises along with the records.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay as long as the conversation or care relationship they belong to stays active, then get cleared out. Subscription emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, submissions travel through providers that use encryption, and access to your messages is limited to the studio. Still, honesty requires saying that nothing sent over the internet can be promised perfect protection.
California privacy rights
California law gives residents specific rights over personal information, and this studio honors all of them:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, how it has been used.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete what we hold, subject to the narrow exceptions the law allows.
- Say no to any sale or sharing of your information. We sell nothing, we share nothing for advertising, so this right is satisfied before you ask.
- Exercise any of these rights without worrying about worse service or different prices afterward.

Expect a short verification step first, since erasing or revealing records should only happen for the person they describe. California also lets you send a request through an authorized agent acting on your behalf.
Children
The site is written for adults considering aesthetic treatment. Nothing here is aimed at children, and information from anyone under 13 is not knowingly kept. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted a form can contact us for prompt removal.
Links that leave this site
Some links lead away from this site: to Moxie, to Affirm, to Google Maps, to social platforms. Once you land on another company's page, that company's privacy policy takes over, so it is worth a glance before you type anything there.
Changes to this policy
If the site gains a new tool or the practice changes how it handles information, this page will be revised, with the date at the top updated to match. A quick check of that date tells you whether anything moved since your last visit.
